中药熏洗治疗睑板腺功能障碍的临床观察

摘要

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of herbal fumigation treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods:20 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.10 cases in the control group received routine treatment.10 cases in the observation group on the base of the conventional treatment received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:Total effective rate of observation group of 90%was significantly higher than the control group of 70%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Herbal fumigation can improve the quality of care.It has good clinical results.%目的：观察中药熏洗治疗睑板腺功能障碍的临床疗效。方法：收治睑板腺功能障碍患儿20例，随机分为两组，对照组10例进行常规治疗，观察组10例在常规治疗的基础上进行中药熏洗，对两组的疗效进行比较。结果：观察组总有效率90%明显高于对照组的70%(P＜0.05)。结论：中药熏洗可以提高治疗质量，具有较好的临床效果。
