彩色多普勒超声在腹主动脉瘤临床诊断中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的:探讨分析彩色多普勒超声应用于腹主动脉瘤临床诊断的价值.方法:2012年9月-2014年7月收治腹主动脉瘤患者120 例,作为本次研究对象,全部患者均应用彩色多普勒超声检查,且和CT强化扫描检查进行对照,所有患者均通过X线血管造影证实,观察超声和CT检查诊断情况.结果:彩色多普勒超声和CT在腹主动脉瘤检查诊断中,敏感性与特异性均比较强,所获诊断结果准确且可靠;在假腔内血栓、夹层动脉瘤破裂口以及真假腔间剥落内膜显示等方面,相对于CT而言,彩色多普勒超声更加便捷以及实时,基于腹主动脉瘤声像图表现,可将其划分为3种,即无回声型、膜状两腔回声型以及混合回声型.结论:通过本次研究结果的分析可知,在腹主动脉瘤临床诊断中应用彩色多普勒超声检查诊断,可获得可靠且准确的结果,敏感性以及特异性均比较强,具有十分重要的价值.%Objective:To discuss the application value of the color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of abdominal aortic aneurysm.Methods:120 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm were selected from September 2012 to July 2014.All patients were using color Doppler ultrasound examination,and CT enhanced scan and control.All patients were confirmed by X-ray angiography.We observed the ultrasound and CT examination diagnosis.Results:Color Doppler ultrasound and CT in diagnosis of abdominal aortic aneurysm,the sensitivity and the specificity are relatively strong,the obtained diagnosis results are accurate and reliable;in the thrombus in the false lumen,dissecting aneurysm rupture,true and false lumen intima between peeling display etc, comparing with CT,the color Doppler ultrasound is more convenient and real-time,based on sonographic abdominal aortic aneurysm,which can be divided into three types,namely anechoic type,film type two echo chamber and mixed echoic.Conclusion:By analyzing the results of this study shows that color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis in the clinical diagnosis of abdominal aortic aneurysm.It can get reliable and accurate results,and the sensitivity and specificity is strong.It has a very important value.
