献血后皮下血肿的原因分析及预防措施

皮下血肿是一种献血后常见的不良反应,会对献血者产生一定的不良影响,包括精神负担、心理压力等,使献血者献血的积极性下降.穿刺失败或压迫不妥,是造成血肿的主要原因,因此,为防止血肿的发生,采血护士都应提高业务水平,采血过程中要密切观察,加强沟通交流,做好心理护理,尽力减少血肿的发生.%Subcutaneous hematoma is a common adverse reaction after a blood donation,which generates a certain negative impact on donors,including mental burden,psychological pressure,so that the positive blood donors decreased.Puncture failure or oppression is wrong.It is the main cause hematoma,therefore,in order to prevent the occurrence of hematoma,blood collection nurse should improve the professional level,blood collection process should be closely observed,strengthen communication,good psychological care,try to reduce hematoma occur.
