探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对老年轻中度高血压临床治疗效果

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical treatment effect of levamlodipine besylate on old patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension.Methods:80 patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with levamlodipine besylate,while the control group was treated with enalapril.We compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results:In the observation group,DBP,SBP level for 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 8 weeks of treatment,in the observation group,significant efficiency and the total efficiency were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of levamlodipine besylate in old patients with mild to moderate hypertension had good antihypertensive effect,and adverse reaction was little.It was a safe and effective drug treatment of hypertension.%目的:探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗老年轻中度高血压的临床疗效.方法:收治轻中度高血压患者 80 例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例,观察组口服苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平,对照组口服依那普利,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果:观察组治疗4周、8周的DBP、SBP水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周后,观察组的显效率、总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗老年轻中度高血压,具有良好的降压效果,且不良反应少,是一种安全、有效的高血压治疗药物.
