补液疗法与饮水疗法对妊娠晚期羊水过少治疗效果的评价

Objective:To explore the Treatment effect of intravenous fluids and drinking water treatment treating oligohydramnios. Methods:105 cases of pregnant women diagnosed oligohydramnios from January 2013 to December 2014 were randomly divided into three groups,with 35 cases in each group.The patients of water-drinking group drinked water 2 000 mL in 3 h daily in addition to the daily drinking water for 7 d.The intravenous fluids group were given intravenous liquid 2 000 mL every day for 7 d and the control group only accepted the daily diet.The AFI and umbilical artery S/D of all patients at the first day,eighth day were detected.Results:The AFI of patients in the water-drinking group and the intravenous fluids group increased significantly and the umbilical artery S/D obviously decreased,and there were significant differences compared with before treatment and the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Intravenous fluids and water therapy in the treatment of oligohydramnios in late pregnancy were simple and effective safe and had no adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：探讨静脉输液与饮水疗法治疗羊水过少的临床效果。方法：2013年1月-2014年12月诊断羊水过少孕妇105例，随机分为3组，每组35例。饮水组除日常饮水外，每天3 h内饮水2000 mL，连续7 d。输液组每天静脉滴注液体2000 mL，连续7 d。对照组只接受日常饮食。所有患者在第1天、第8天分别检测羊水AFI指数和脐动脉S/D变化。结果：输液组与饮水组AFI指数明显升高，脐动脉S/D明显下降，与治疗前及对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：静脉输液与饮水疗法治疗妊娠晚期羊水过少简单、有效、安全，无不良反应，值得临床推广。
