小剂量雌激素治疗围绝经期妇女泌尿生殖系统症状分析

摘要

目的:探讨小剂量雌激素治疗围绝经期妇女泌尿生殖系统症状的临床分析.方法:2007年1月-2014年1月收治有围绝经期泌尿生殖系统症状且经过常规治疗效果不明显患者30例,对所有患者均给予小剂量雌激素-戊酸雌二醇片(补佳乐)治疗,并采用自身对照试验,对所有患者治疗前后的泌尿生殖系统症状改善情况进行比较.结果:所有患者治疗后的卵泡生成激素(FSH)、黄体生产素(LH)水平较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05),雌二醇(E2)、子宫内膜厚度、阴道细胞的成熟值(MV)较治疗前明显增加(P＜0.05);患者自觉症状缓解,所有患者治疗期间均无明显不良反应发生.结论:小剂量雌激素治疗围绝经期妇女泌尿生殖系统症状效果显著,可明显改善患者泌尿生殖系统萎缩症状.%Objective:To explore the clinical analysis on small dose of estrogen treated on urogenital symptoms of perimenopausal women.Methods:30 perimenopausal patients with urogenital symptoms whom had unobvious effect after rountine treatment were selected from January 2007 to January 2014.All of those patients were given a small dose of estrogen-Estradiol Valerate Tablets(Bu Jiale),and taken themself as the control group,then we compared their symptoms of urogenital system before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) in all patients was significantly lower than before,(P＜0.05),and the estradiol(E2),endometrial thickness,and vaginal cell maturation value(MV) also significantly increased(P＜0.05);patients feel that their symptoms had ease,and no one had obviously adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:Small dose of estrogen in the treatment of genitourinary symptoms of perimenopausal women had significantly effect,so it can significantly improve symptoms in patients with urogenital atrophy.
