目的:研究脊柱推拿微调联合经筋结点手指点穴治疗颈椎病的临床治疗效果.方法:收治颈椎病患者 120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例,对照组采用传统中医推拿治疗,治疗组选取脊柱推拿微调联合经筋结点手指点穴治疗,治疗10 d后统计两组患者的治疗结果并进行分析.结果:治疗组的治愈率37%,总有效率80%;对照组的治愈率20%,总有效率65%.治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:脊柱推拿微调联合经筋结点手指点穴治疗颈椎病的临床疗效明确,值得在临床上推广和应用.%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of spinal massage trimming combined with node finger acupoint through vein in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:120 patients with cervical spondylosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine pushing therapy.The treatment group was treated by spinal massage trimming combined with node finger acupoint through vein.10 days after treatment,we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the cure rate was 37%,and the total effective rate was 80%;in the control group,the cure rate was 20%,and the total effective rate was 65%. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of spinal massage trimming combined with node finger acupoint through vein in the treatment of cervical spondylosis was significant.It was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
