中医治疗高血压76例临床疗效研究

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:76 patients with hypertension were selected,and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the study group was treated with Chinese medicine.15 days was 1 period of treatment.After 4 courses of treatment,we compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the total efficiency was 94.74% ,which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 78.95% ,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of TCM treatment of hypertension was exact.It could significantly reduce blood pressure of patients,and it was worthy of promotion.%目的:探讨中医治疗高血压的临床疗效.方法:收治高血压患者 76 例,随机分为研究组与对照组,各 38例.对照组采用西医治疗,研究组采用中医治疗,15 d为1个疗程,持续4个疗程后,对比两组患者的临床疗效.结果:研究组总有效率94.74%,明显高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:中医治疗高血压疗效确切,能显著降低患者血压,值得推广.
