社区护理干预对脑卒中患者预后生活质量的效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨分析社区护理干预对脑卒中患者生活质量的影响。方法：2012年1月-2013年12月收治脑卒中患者68例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各34例。对照组给予常规护理。治疗组在对照组的基础上给予社区护理干预。结果：治疗组的治愈率及生活质量评分均显著优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：社区护理干预可以显著提高脑卒中患者生活质量，值得推广应用。%Objective:To explore the influence of community nursing intervention on the life quality of stroke patients.Methods:68 cases of the stroke were selected from January 2012 to December 2013.They were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 34 cases in each.The stroke patients in the control group were given routine nursing.The patients in the treatment group were given community nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Results:The cure rate and life quality score of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing intervention can significantly improve the life quality of stroke patients.It is worthy of popularization and application.
