护理干预对冠心病介入术后并发症的影响效果分析

摘要

目的：探究护理干预对冠心病介入术后并发症的影响效果。方法：2013年5月-2014年5月收治冠心病介入治疗患者95例，随机分为研究组48例，对照组47例。对照组行常规护理，研究组在此基础上行综合护理干预，分析两组护理效果。结果：研究组术后并发症发生率10.42%，低于对照组38.30%；研究组 SAS、SDS 评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：护理干预可显著减少冠心病介入术后并发症的发生，促进患者术后恢复。%Objective:To discuss the effect of nursing intervention for intervention on postoperative complications of coronary artery disease.Methods:95 patients with percutaneous coronary intervention were selected from May 2013 to May 2014.They were randomly divided into the research group of 48 patients and the control group of 47 cases.The control group received routine nursing,the research group based uplink comprehensive nursing intervention.WE analyzed the nursing effect of the two groups. Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the research group was 10.42%,lower than in the control group of 38.30%;the research group SAS,SDS scores were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications of coronary intervention, and promote postoperative recovery.
