目的：探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的有效手术室护理干预方法和效果。方法：2011年1月-2014年1月收治行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治手术患者40例，对所有患者的手术室护理进行回顾性分析，包括术前随访、器械准备、器械护士配合和巡回护士的配合等。结果：所有患者均顺利完成手术，无中转开腹病例，术中无不良事件发生，术后仅1例患者发生吻合口瘘并发症，对症处理后痊愈，患者总体满意度达95.0%。结论：加强对行腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者的手术室护理配合，对保证手术顺利进行，确保手术安全具有重要意义。%Objective:To discuss the effect of laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer in the operating room nursing intervention.Methods:40 patients with laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer were selected from January 2011 to January 2014. On operation room care all patients were analyzed retrospectively,including preoperative follow-up,equipment preparation, instrument nurse cooperation,and itinerate nurse cooperate etc..Results:The operation was successful in all patients, and no case was converted to laparotomy.No adverse events occurred during the operation,only 1 patient with anastomotic fistula postoperative complications,healed after symptomatic treatment,the overall satisfaction of patients up to 95%.Conclusion:The strengthening of the laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical operation room nursing care for patients has great significance to ensure smooth operation and the operation safety.
