足三里、内关穴针刺治疗胃肠肿瘤化疗后胃肠道反应的临床观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of zusanli,neiguan point acupuncture in the treatment of gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy of gastrointestinal tumor.Methods:98 cases of patients with gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy of gastrointestinal tumor were randomly divided into the acupuncture group and the treatment group,which were given zusanli,neiguan point acupuncture and conventional drug treatment.The curative effect and relapse of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(95.9% ) was obviously higher than that of the control group(83.7%).The recurrence of Ⅲ~Ⅳ gastrointestinal adverse reactions after the therapy were significantly lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zusanli,zuguan point acupuncture in the treatment of gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy of gastrointestinal tumor had obvious therapeutic effect and difficult relapse,worth promoting.%目的：探讨针刺足三里、内关穴治疗胃肠肿瘤化疗后胃肠道反应的临床疗效。方法：将胃肠肿瘤化疗后出现胃肠道反应患者98例随机均分为针刺组与用药组，分别给予针刺足三里、内关穴治疗及常规药物治疗，分析两组患者疗效及复发情况。结果：观察组总有效率(95.9%)明显高于对照组(83.7%)，化疗后Ⅲ～Ⅳ级胃肠道不良反应复发率均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针刺足三里、内关穴治疗胃肠肿瘤化疗后胃肠道反应疗效显著，不易复发，值得推广。
