宫-腹腔镜联合COOK导丝介入治疗输卵管梗阻的临床疗效分析

摘要

目的：分析宫-腹腔镜联合导丝介入治疗输卵管近端梗阻的临床治疗效果。方法：收治输卵管近端梗阻不孕症患者53例，应用宫-腹腔镜联合 COOK 导丝介入治疗，探讨治疗效果。结果：有效率62.47%(58/93)，失败率37.53%(35/93)。结论：宫-腹腔镜联合导丝介入治疗因输卵管近端梗阻导致的不孕症，是一种实用、有效的治疗方法，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy and hysteroscopy combined with COOK guide wire interventional therapy of fallopian tube obstruction.Methods:53 patients with proximal tubal obstruction infertility were selected. They were treated with laparoscopy and hysteroscopy combined with COOK guide wire interventional therapy.We observed the effect of treatment.Results:The efficiency was 62.47% (58/93),and the failure rate was 37.53%(35/93).Conclusion:Laparoscopy and hysteroscopy combined with COOK guide wire interventional therapy for fallopian tube obstruction was a practical and effective treatment.It was worthy of clinical application.
