结肠镜下分块分期高频电凝电切巨大肠息肉的护理探究

摘要

目的：探讨结肠镜下分块分期高频电凝电切巨大肠息肉的围手术期护理方法。方法：2011年2月-2014年8月收治巨大肠息肉患者68例，所有患者均在结肠镜下行分块分期高频电凝电切手术。护理人员应在术前做好患者和手术物品准备，术中密切配合医生操作，术后耐心、全面护理。结果：68例患者均成功完成手术，结肠镜下将息肉进行一次性分块切除65例，结肠镜下分期切除3例，术中及术后所有患者均未发生肠穿孔及大出血等并发症。结论：结肠镜是检查肠息肉的首选方法，同时也是主要的治疗方法。临床治疗时在结肠镜下对巨大肠息肉进行切除，疗效确切、创伤小、费用低廉，因此临床应用价值较高。%Objective:To discuss the perioperative nursing methods of colonoscopy block staging high-frequency electrosurgery cut huge intestinal polyps.Methods:68 patients with tremendous intestinal polyps were selected from February 2011 to August 2014.All patients were in colonoscopy row blocking stage high frequency electric coagulation transurethral surgery.Nurses should do the patient and surgical items ready before surgery,intraoperative closely with doctors to operate,postoperative patient, comprehensive care.Results:68 patients were successfully completed surgery,the one-time colonoscopy polyps block resection in 65 cases,colonoscopy phased removal in 3 cases,intraoperative and postoperative all patients without intestinal perforation andbleeding and other complications.Conclusion:Colonoscopy is the preferred method of examination of intestinal polyps,but also the main method of treatment.Clinical treatment in colonoscopy of tremendous intestinal polyps excision curative effect is exact, the traumatic is small,the cost is low,so it has a higher clinical value.
