尿毒清颗粒联合黄葵延缓早期慢性肾衰竭进展的临床疗效

摘要

目的：早期慢性肾衰竭患者采用尿毒清颗粒联合黄葵治疗，观察其延缓患者病情进展临床疗效。方法：收治早期慢性肾衰竭患者78例，按照治疗方案不同分组为对照组与治疗组，各39例。对照组用爱西特治疗；治疗组于对照组治疗基础上加用尿毒清颗粒联合黄葵治疗。两组分别于治疗前及治疗后1 d检测两组患者尿素氮和血肌酐及内生肌酐清除率、24 h尿蛋白定量、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白，并进行比较。结果：治疗后两组患者临床各项指标较治疗前均明显改善(P＜0.05)，且治疗组改善更为显著(P＜0.05)。两组均未发生腹泻等明显不良反应。结论：临床应用尿毒清颗粒联合黄葵治疗，可有效减少患者尿蛋白排出，改善患者影响肾功能的各项指标，从而缓解患者病情。%Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of delay the progression of patients with early chronic renal failure by niaoduqing granules combined with huangkui.Methods:78 patients with early chronic renal failure,all patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group with 39 cases in each group according to the different treatment options.The control group were treated with Ai Xi Te;the treatment group used niaoduqing granules combined with huangkui in the foundation of the control group.The levels of urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and endogenous creatinine clearance,quantitative of ptoteinuria in 24 hours,triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein were tested respectively one day before and after treatment of patients in two groups,and made comparison.Results:After treatment,the clinical indexes of the two groups of patients were significantly improved compared with before the treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group improved more significantly(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions such as diarrhea occured in the two groups.Conclusion:Clinical application of niaoduqing granules combined with huangkui,which can effectively reduce the patients' urine protein excretion and reduce the effects of patients with renal function,thereby alleviating the patient's condition.
