米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗过期流产30例临床观察

摘要

目的：研究分析米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗过期流产的临床疗效。方法：2011年4月-2013年4月收治过期流产患者30例作试验组，采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗，另外，收治过期流产患者30例为对照组，采用钳刮术和清宫术，对比分析两组患者的流产情况、出血量情况以及不良反应发生情况。结果：对照组流产成功率73.3%，试验组流产成功率93.3%，试验组流产成功率远高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；对照组平均出血量(146±45.58)mL，试验组平均出血量(104±36.45)mL，试验组的平均出血量明显少于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；对照组不良反应发生率70.0%，试验组不良反应发生率90.0%，试验组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，且症状也比对照组要轻得多，两组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：与传统的治疗过期流产患者的方法比较，米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗有更高的成功率，且出血量少、不良反应发生率低，是一种安全可靠的方法，效果显著，值得广泛推广。%Objective:To explore the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in treatment of missed abortion. Methods:30 patients with missed abortion were selected as the experimental group from April 2011 to April 2013.They were treated with mifepristone and misoprostol.In addition,30 patients with missed abortion were selected as the control group,and they were treated by curettage and curettage.We compared the abortion situation,the amount of bleeding and adverse reaction of the two groups.Results:In the control group,the successful rate of abortion was 73.3%;in the experimental group,the abortion success rate was 93.3%;the abortion success rate of experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the average amount of bleeding was (146±45.58)mL;in the experimental group,the average amount of bleeding was (104 ± 36.45)mL;the average amount of bleeding of the experimental group was significantly less than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 70%;in the experimental group,the incidence rate of adverse reactions was 90%;the incidence rate of adverse reaction in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,and the symptom was obviously less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional treatment for patients with missed abortion,mifepristone and misoprostol treatment had a higher success rate,and the amount of bleeding was small;the incidence of adverse reaction was low;it was a safe and reliable method;the effect was obvious.It was worthy of extensive promotion.
