小儿地中海贫血症状与治疗分析

摘要

目的：探讨小儿地中海贫血患者的临床症状和药物治疗效果。方法：2012年7月-2014年6月收治小儿地中海贫血患者60例，将其随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组采用常规输血和去铁治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加入益髓生血颗粒治疗。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率(90.0%)明显高于对照组(76.7%)，治疗后的Hb、RBC、Ret指标优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在小儿地中海贫血患者中，应用益髓生血颗粒治疗，临床疗效更佳，能够显著改善患儿的贫血状况，值得临床推广。%Objective:To explore the clinical symptoms and drug treatment effect of patients with children thalassemia.Methods:60 patients with children thalassemia were selected from July 2012 to June 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases) and the observation group(30 cases).The control group was given routine blood transfusion and de-iron treatment, and the observation group was given Yi Sui Sheng Xue granule treatment.The clinical curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The treatment total effective(90.0%) of the observation group was apparently higher than 76.7% of the control group.Hb、 RBC、 Ret indexes after treatment were better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the patients with children thalassemia,application of Yi Sui Sheng Xue granule for treatment has better clinical curative effect.It can significantly improve the anemia status of children.It is worth the clinical promotion.
