微米光结合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎和卵巢囊肿疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨微米光结合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎和卵巢囊肿的效果。方法：2011年3月-2014年3月收治慢性盆腔炎合并卵巢囊肿患者81例，随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组41例采用中药灌肠及抗生素静脉滴注治疗，试验组40例在此基础上加用微米光治疗。结果：治疗后，试验组治愈率60.0%，总有效率92.5%，复发率21.05%；对照组治愈率24.3%，总有效率75.3%，复发率57.14%。两组治愈率、总有效率、复发率比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：应用微米光治疗结合中药灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎合并卵巢囊肿可有效治愈炎症、缩小囊肿，并且复发率低，临床治疗结果显示安全、有效，值得推广应用。%Objective:To investigate the curative effect of micron light combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory complicated with ovarian cyst.Methods:81 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation complicated with ovarian cyst were selected from March 2011 to March 2014.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group of 41 patients were given the traditional Chinese medicine enema and intravenous antibiotic therapy.40 cases in the experimental group were given the micro light therapy based on the control group.Results:After the treatment,in the experimental group,the cure rate was 60%;the total efficiency was 92.5%;the recurrence rate was 21.05%.In the control group,the cure rate was 24.3%;the total efficiency was 75.3%;the recurrence rate was 57.14%.The differences of the cure rate and total efficiency and recurrence rates between the two groups had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The micro light combined with Chinese traditional medicine enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with ovarian cyst can cure inflammation and reduce cyst effectively.It has low recurrence rate.The clinical treatment results shows that is safe and effective.It is worthy of popularization and application.
