六君子丸联合四联疗法提高脾胃虚弱型Hp感染者根除率的研究

摘要

Objective:To investigate the improvement of eradication rate of six gentlemen pill combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of the weakness of spleen and stomach type Hp infection.Methods:400 patients with Helicobacter pylori infection were selected in 2013,including male 253 cases,female 147 cases,age 17~67 years,average 45.3 years old.The weakness of the spleen and stomach patients into the observation group,damp heat of spleen and stomach type classified as the control group.All patients were treated with Hp quadruple therapy,and the course of the treatment was 14d.The drug withdrawal after 4 weeks,if the patients’ 13C urea breath test results was positive,we begin the second course treatment.The treatment method:six gentleman pill combined with quadruple therapy,and we treated them for 14 d.Results:After the quadruple therapy treatment,the Hp clearance rate of the splenogastric hygropyrexia type was high,and the Hp clearance rate of the weakness of spleen and stomach type was low;in the second course of treatment by six gentlemen pill combined with quadruple therapy treatment,it could improve the helicobacter pylori removal rate of the weakness of the spleen and stomach significantly.Conclusion:After the patients received quadruple therapy treatment failure,through the TCM in patients for the weakness of spleen and stomach,we give the second treatment courses of quadruple therapy combined six gentlemen pill again,and it can improve the removal rate of helicobacter pylori significantly.%目的：探讨六君子丸联合四联疗法提高脾胃虚弱型 Hp 感染者根除率。方法：2013年收治 Hp 感染患者400例，男253例，女147例，年龄17～67岁，平均45.3岁。将脾胃虚弱患者归入观察组，脾胃湿热型归入对照组。所有患者给予 Hp 四联疗法，疗程14 d；停药4周后，经13C 尿素呼气试验结果为阳性的患者，开始第2个疗程，治疗方法：六君子丸联合四联疗法，疗程14 d。结果：经过四联疗法治疗之后，脾胃湿热型的Hp清除率较高，脾胃虚弱型的Hp清除率较低；在第2个疗程采用六君子丸联合四联疗法进行治疗，可明显提高脾胃虚弱者Hp的清除率。结论：在患者接受四联疗法治疗失败之后，通过中医辨证患者为脾胃虚弱型，再次给予第2个疗程的四联疗法联合六君子丸，可明显提高Hp的清除率。
