三阴性乳腺癌中P53和Ki-67的表达与临床病理特征的关系

目的：探讨三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)中P53及Ki-67表达与临床病理参数的相关性。方法：收治三阴性乳腺癌患者50例，检测P53和Ki-67的表达情况。结果：三阴性乳腺癌中P53的表达与组织学分级有相关性(P＜0.05)，和临床分期、淋巴转移无相关性(P＞0.05)；而 Ki-67的表达量与临床分期、组织学分级、淋巴结转移均具有相关性(P＜0.05)。结论：Ki-67可以作为判定TNBC预后效果的独立指标。%Objective:To explore the expression of P53 and Ki-67 in three negative breast cancer and its relationship with clinical pathological characteristics.Methods:50 patients with three negative breast cancer were selected,and the expression of P53 and Ki-67 were detected.Results:In three negative breast cancer,P53 expression was correlated with histological grade(P<0.05),and no correlation with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).The expression level of Ki-67 was correlated with clinical stage,histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ki-67 can be used as an independent index to determine the prognostic effect of TNBC.
