慢性胃炎Hp阳性患者90例的临床治疗方法及效果观察

摘要

目的：研究慢性胃炎 Hp 阳性患者的临床治疗方法及效果。方法：收治慢性胃炎 Hp 阳性患者90例，分两组，各45例。两组患者均使用奥美拉唑治疗，对照组加用克拉霉素治疗，观察组加用阿莫西林治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组临床总有效率、临床症状消失时间、不良反应发生率以及 Hp 转阴率均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：联合使用奥美拉唑和阿莫西林治疗慢性胃炎Hp阳性患者能够提高Hp转阴率。%Objective:To research clinical treatment method and effect of Hp positive patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:90 patients with Hp positive chronic gastritis were selected.They were divided into two groups, each of 45 cases.Two groups of patients were treated with omeprazole.Patients in the control group treated with clarithromycin treatment.The observation group were treated with amoxicillin treatment.Therapeutic effect between groups was compared.Results:The clinical observation group Hp positive chronic gastritis patients with total efficiency,clinical symptoms,adverse reaction rate and conversion rate of Hp was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of omeprazole and amoxicillin in the treatment of chronic gastritis with Hp positive patients can improve the conversion rate of Hp.
