82例慢性胃炎Hp阳性患者的临床治疗方法及效果观察

Objective Discussion on the clinical treatment and effects of Hp infected patients with chronic gastritis.Methods 82 case of HP infected patients with chronic gastritis Refractory Hypertension were presented during Jun 2012-Jun 2014. Al of them were divided into treatment group (Omeprazole+Amoxicilin+Clarithromycin) and control group (add with Bismuth potassium citrate) according to random number table. Comparison of therapeutic efficacy of the two groups after the treatment course.Results Treatment group total effectiveness(95.12%) was significantly higher than that in control group (78.05%)(P<0.05).Treatment group negative conversion rates of Hp (82.93%) was significantly better than that in control group (63.41%).Conclusion Routine, three-drug treatment add Bismuth Potassium Citrate Granules for chronic gastritis with Hp positivity can improve the efficacy and improve symptoms, and reduce the relapse rate, worthy of clinical application.%目的：探讨慢性胃炎Hp阳性的临床治疗方法及效果。方法我院2012年6月至2014年6月间收治的慢性胃炎Hp阳性患者82例，按照治疗方案分为对照组（奥美拉唑+阿莫西林+克拉霉素）和治疗组（加用枸橼酸铋钾），比较两组治疗效果。结果与对照组治疗总有效率78.05%比较，治疗组治疗总有效率95.12%明显更高（P<0.05），治疗组Hp转阴率82.93%明显优于对照组63.41%。结论常规三联用药基础上加用枸橼酸铋钾颗粒治疗慢性胃炎Hp阳性，可有效提高治疗效果及Hp转阴率，改善患者症状，值得临床推广应用。
