心理护理对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者焦虑与抑郁情绪的影响研究

摘要

目的：探讨心理护理对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者焦虑与抑郁情绪的影响。方法：收治慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者60例，随机分为两组。对照组给予常规护理，试验组在对照组基础上给予心理护理，比较两组焦虑评分和抑郁评分。结果：试验组焦虑评分、抑郁评分明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：心理护理可缓解慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪。%Objective:To explore the influence of psychological nursing on anxiety and depression of patients with chronic viral hepatitis b.Methods:60 cases of patients with chronic viral hepatitis b were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing.The experiment group was given psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The anxiety scores and depression scores in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing could relieve the anxiety and depression of patients with chronic viral hepatitis b.
