阴道B超联合血HCG测定在异位妊娠诊断中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨阴道B超联合血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)在异位妊娠中的诊断价值。方法：240例正常妊娠患者作为对照组，240例异位妊娠患者作为观察组，患者均给予阴道B超、血清HCG检查，比较两组患者的检查结果。结果：观察组的血清HCG水平低于对照组(P＜0.05)，观察组的子宫内膜厚度明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组阴道超声联合血清HCG确诊237例，对照组240例，与实际诊断结果比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：阴道B超联合血清HCG能够对异位妊娠进行诊断，为患者临床诊断提供依据。%Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal B ultrasound combined with serum human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) in ectopic pregnancy.Methods:240 patients with normal pregnancy were as the control group.240 patients with ectopic pregnancy were as the observation group.The patients were given transvaginal B ultrasound,serum HCG examination.The examination results of two groups were compared.Results:The serum HCG level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,237 cases were diagnosed by transvaginal B ultrasound combined with serum HCG,and 240 cases were diagnosed in the control group,and there was no significant difference compared with the actual diagnosis results(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal B ultrasound combined with serum HCG can diagnose the ectopic pregnancy,provide the basis for clinical diagnosis of patients.
