纤维支气管镜在儿童肺不张病因中的诊断价值

摘要

目的：探讨纤维支气管镜在儿童肺不张病因中的诊断价值。方法：收治肺不张儿童80例，均接受纤维支气管镜检查，观察检查结果。结果：80例肺不张患儿中，支气管断裂1例，支气管扩张1例，支气管分叉异常1例，支气管狭窄软化1例，哮喘黏液阻塞2例，结核8例，炎症30例，异物36例。结论：纤维支气管镜不但有助于明确疾病原因，同时还有明显的治疗效果。%Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of fiberbronchoscope in the etiology of children with atelectasis.Methods:80 cases of children with atelectasis were selected.They were given fiberbronchoscope examination.We observed the results of examination.Results:In the 80 cases of children with atelectasis,1 case had bronchial rupture;1 case had bronchial dilation;1 case had bronchial bifurcation abnormalities;1 case had softening of bronchial stenosis;2 cases had asthma mucus obstruction;8 cases were tuberculosis;30 cases were inflammation;36 cases had foreign body.Conclusion:Fiberbronchoscope was not only helpful to identify the causes of the disease,but also had obvious therapeutic effect.
