护理干预对肺结核患者心理状态及生活质量的影响分析

摘要

目的：分析给予肺结核患者护理干预措施对其心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法：收治肺结核患者400例，随机等分为两组，对照组采用常规护理措施，观察组在此基础上进行全面的护理干预，对比两组患者护理前后的抑郁、焦虑情况以及生活质量情况和护理满意度。结果：观察组的抑郁、焦虑评分和生活质量评分情况明显优于对照组，且护理满意度也明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：给予肺结核患者全面的护理干预措施，能够有效地改善其不良心理状态，提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度。%Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with tuberculosis.Methods:400 patients with tuberculosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average. Routine nursing measures were adopted in the control group,while comprehensive nursing intervention was applied in the observation group.Depression,anxiety,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between groups before and after nursing.Results:The scores of depression,anxiety and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve the poor psychological status and improve the quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction.
