基层卫生院治疗高血压方法及疗效的初步观察

摘要

目的：探讨基层卫生院治疗高血压的方法及疗效。方法：收治高血压患者136例，随机分为对照组和研究组，对照组采用常规治疗，研究组采用个性化治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：研究组的总有效率及满意率均高于对照组(P＜0.05)；治疗后，两组舒张压与收缩压、焦虑与抑郁评分均优于治疗前，且研究组优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：基层卫生院对高血压患者采用个性化治疗的效果显著。%Objective:To investigate the method and efficacy of primary health care in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:136 patients with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given conventional treatment.The study group was given personalized treatment.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate and the satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,diastolic blood pressure and systolic pressure,anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were better than before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of personalized therapy for patients with hypertension in primary hospital was significant.
