喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉在婴儿麻醉中的有效性和安全性对比

摘要

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of laryngeal mask anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia in infant anesthesia.Methods:200 infants were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,and they were given laryngeal mask anesthesia and tracheal intubation anesthesia respectively.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:Compared with traditional tracheal intubation anesthesia,the influence of laryngeal mask anesthesia for hemodynamics was smaller,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laryngeal mask anesthesia was more safe and effective,and it was more suitable for anesthesia in infants.%目的：探讨喉罩麻醉与气管插管麻醉在婴儿麻醉中的有效性和安全性。方法：收治婴儿患者200例，随机分为两组，分别采用喉罩麻醉和气管插管麻醉，比较两组效果。结果：相比于传统气管插管法，喉罩麻醉对患儿血流动力学影响更小，且不良反应发生率更低(P＜0.05)。结论：喉罩麻醉具有更高的安全性和有效性，更适用于婴儿手术麻醉。
