小儿感冒发热患者采用胆木浸膏糖浆治疗疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨胆木浸膏糖浆治疗小儿感冒发热的临床疗效。方法：收治小儿感冒发热患者118例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用胆木浸膏糖浆治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组总有效率和退热率均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：胆木浸膏糖浆治疗小儿感冒发热的临床疗效显著。%Objective:To explore the effect of Danmu Jingao syrup in the treatment of children with cold and fever.Methods:118 cases of children with cold and fever were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Danmu Jingao syrup.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate and cooling rate were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Danmu Jingao syrup in the treatment of children with cold and fever was significant.
