甲状腺恶性肿瘤的二维及彩色多普勒超声征象的临床探讨

摘要

目的：探讨对甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者实施二维、彩色多普勒超声检查的意义。方法：收治甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者90例，对其实施二维、彩色多普勒超声检查，分析其在临床诊断中的价值。结果：所有患者在经过检查后皆呈现为：其病灶部位之内产生了动脉流，其肿瘤内分布呈点状，同时伴有较强的回声。很多患者病变为没有显著的边界。结论：针对甲状腺恶性肿瘤的患者予以二维、彩色多普勒超声检查，由于其具有比较显著的特征性以及典型性，所以能够为其临床诊断提供影像依据。%Objective:To investigate the significance of two dimensional and color doppler ultrasonography in patients with malignant thyroid tumor.Methods:90 patients with thyroid malignant tumor were selected.We did the two-dimensional,color doppler ultrasound examination on them,and we analyzed its value in clinical diagnosis.Results:All patients presented as follows:the lesion was produced within the artery flow;the distribution of the tumor was a point,and with a strong echo at the same time. Many patients had no significant lesions.Conclusion:For the patients with thyroid malignant tumor to do the two-dimensional,color doppler ultrasound examination,because it has a more significant characteristics and typical,so it can provide imaging evidence for clinical diagnosis.
