超声检查对儿童膀胱输尿管反流患儿诊断的价值分析

Objective:To explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of children with vesicoureteral reflux(VUR). Methods:Children with urinary system infection were selected.They were given ultrasound detection.We analyzed the sensitivity and specificity.Results:The positive indexes were the combination of thickening of the renal pelvic wall,renal pelvic and(or) renal pelvic wall thickening,echo enhancement of renal sinus.The sensitivity of VUR was 64% to 54%,and the specificity was 98% to 100%.Conclusion:The combination of thickening of the renal pelvic wall,renal pelvic and(or) renal pelvic wall thickening,echo enhancement of renal sinus strongly suggested that there may be primary vesicoureteral reflux in children.%目的：探讨超声在原发性膀胱输尿管反流(VUR)诊断中的价值。方法：收治泌尿系统感染患儿，采用超声检测，分析其敏感度与特异度。结果：以肾盂壁增厚、肾盂和(或)肾盂壁增厚、肾窦回声增强等征象组合为阳性指标， VUR诊断的敏感度54%～64%，特异度98%～100%。结论：患儿肾盂壁增厚、肾盂和(或)肾盂壁增厚、肾窦回声增强等征象组合出现时，强烈提示患儿可能存在原发性膀胱输尿管反流。
