甲强龙联合多索茶碱治疗小儿急性毛细支气管炎的临床研究

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of methylprednisolone combined with doxofylline in the treatment of children with acute capillary bronchitis.Methods:100 cases of children with acute capillary bronchitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated by routine method.The treatment group was treated with methylprednisolone combined with doxofylline on the basis of the control group.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of methylprednisolone combined with doxofylline in the treatment of children with acute capillary bronchitis was significant.%目的：探讨甲强龙联合多索茶碱治疗小儿急性毛细支气管炎的效果。方法：收治急性毛细支气管炎患儿100例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上采用甲强龙联合多索茶碱治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗组总有效率和不良反应发生率均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：甲强龙联合多索茶碱治疗小儿急性毛细支气管炎的效果显著。
