慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、幽门螺杆菌阳性治疗100例临床分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the treatment effect of helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer.Methods:100 patients with helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer were selected.They were divided into observation group(43 cases treated with quadruple therapy)and the control group(57 cases treated with quadruple therapy combined with protecting gastric mucosa,promoting gastric motility treatment).We observed the clinical efficacy,helicobacter pylori clearance effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment.Results:The total effective rate and helicobacter pylori eradication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions in the control group were more,but the reaction was mild;the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,but it was more serious.Conclusion:The quadruple therapy combined with the protection of gastric mucosa and promote gastric motility treatment can effectively improve the helicobacter pylori eradication effect,improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and adverse reaction is mild,with high security.%目的：分析慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性治疗效果。方法：收治慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡患者中Hp阳性患者100例，分为观察组43例(采用四联治疗方法)和对照组57例(采用四联治疗方法联合保护胃黏膜、促进胃动力治疗)。观察两组治疗后临床疗效、Hp清除效果、不良反应发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率及Hp清除率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。对照组不良反应较多，但反应轻微，观察组不良反应发生率较低，但较严重。结论：采用四联治疗方法联合保护胃黏膜、促进胃动力治疗可有效提高Hp清除效果，改善患者临床症状，且不良反应轻微，安全性较高。
