疏肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林治疗产褥期抑郁症32例疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with sertraline in the treatment of puerperal depression.Methods:64 patients with puerperal depression were selected.They were randomly divided into the sertraline group and the combination group.The sertraline group was treated with sertraline.The combination group was treated with Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with sertraline.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the combination group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with sertraline in the treatment of puerperal depression was significant.%目的：探讨疏肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林治疗产褥期抑郁症的疗效。方法：收治产褥期抑郁症患者64例，随机分为舍曲林组和联合组，舍曲林组采用舍曲林治疗，联合组采用疏肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：联合组的治疗效果显著优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：疏肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林治疗产褥期抑郁症的疗效显著。
