沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效分析

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of salbutamol combined with budesonide atomizing inhalation in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma.Methods:80 patients with acute attack of bronchial asthma were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with salbutamol atomizing inhalation. The study group was treated with salbutamol combined with budesonide atomizing inhalation.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the clinical symptoms disappeared time and lung function index changes were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of salbutamol combined with budesonide atomizing inhalation in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma was significant.%目的：探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的效果。方法：收治支气管哮喘急性发作患者80例，随机分为对照组和研究组，对照组采用沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗，研究组采用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：在研究组，临床症状消失时间和肺功能指标变化值均明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的效果显著。
