床边根据神经外科患者病情提问式学习与传统理论培训的比较

             

摘要

目的:探讨神经外科临床护理教学中采用床边病情提问式教学和传统理论培训的教学效果差异。方法:将60例神经外科临床护理实习人员随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组给予病情提问式教学(PBL),对照组使用传统理论培训(LBL),培训结束后对考试成绩和实习满意度进行比较。结果:观察组的考试成绩和实习满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在神经外科临床护理教学中,采用床边病情提问式教学效果优于传统理论培训教学。%Objective:To explore the teaching effect difference between bedside condition problem based learning in the neurosurgery clinical nursing teaching and lecture based learning.Methods:60 cases of neurosurgery clinical nursing interns were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each.The observation group was given condition problem based learning(PBL).The control group was given lecture based learning(LBL).The test scores and internship satisfaction were compared after training.Results:The test scores and the internship satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the neurosurgery clinical nursing teaching,the effect of using bedside condition problem based learning is better than that of the lecture based learning.
