后腹腔镜和开放手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的疗效比较

摘要

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic and open surgery in the treatment of adrenal tumors.Methods:51 patients with adrenal tumors were selected.They were divided into the two groups.25 patients in the group A were treated with open surgery.26 patients in the group B were treated by retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation.We made a comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy.Results:The operative time,the bleeding volume and postoperative hospital stay of the group B were lower than those of the group A.The adverse reaction rate of the group A was 12%,which was significantly higher than that the group B of 3.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic operation in the treatment of patients with adrenal tumor is obvious,and the recovery is good after operation.%目的：探究后腹腔镜和开放手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的临床疗效。方法：收治肾上腺肿瘤患者51例，分为两组，甲组25例采用开放手术进行治疗，乙组26例采用后腹腔镜手术方式进行治疗，对临床疗效进行对比分析。结果：乙组的手术时间、术中出血量和术后住院时间均少于甲组；甲组不良反应率12%，明显高于乙组的3.8%，比较结果，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：对肾上腺肿瘤患者采用后腹腔镜手术方式进行治疗，其效果明显，术后恢复情况比较好。
