观察他汀类药物治疗心血管疾病患者依从性相关因素及效果分析

摘要

目的：观察他汀类药物治疗心血管疾病依从性相关因素及效果分析。方法：收治采用他汀类药物治疗的心血管疾病患者350例，统计分析影响患者治疗依从性相关因素以及治疗效果。结果：单因素分析中，依从性好组和依从性差组年龄、学历、经济收入、病程、药物种类、用药时间、医疗科室、费用支付与依从性差组比较，差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。多因素分析中，年龄、学历、经济收入、医疗科室、费用支付形式为独立影响依从性因素。结论：影响心血管疾病应用他汀类治疗依从性的因素较多，可通过针对性采取措施提高患者治疗依从性。%Objective:To observe the compliance related factors and effects of statins in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Methods:350 patients with cardiovascular disease treated by statins were selected,and we analyzed the factors influencing treatment compliance and treatment effect in patients with statistical analysis.Results:In single factor analysis,the age,educational background,economic income,course of disease,the type of drug,the duration of medication,the medication time,the medical department,the cost and the compliance of the patients in the good compliance group and the poor compliance group were significantly different,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In multivariate analysis,age,educational background,economic income, medical department,the form of payment of expenses were independent factors influencing the compliance.Conclusion:There are many factors that influence the compliance of statins in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,which can improve the treatment compliance of patients by taking measures.
