目的:研究磁敏感加权成像(SWI)与常规磁共振成像(MRI)用于脊髓损伤诊断中的价值。方法:收治脊髓损伤患者30例,对患者均进行磁敏感加权成像与常规磁共振成像检查。观察两种影像学方法对于脊髓损伤的诊断情况,对比两种方法的出血灶阳性检出率。结果:脊髓损伤主要分为脊髓出血、脊髓水肿、脊髓受压、脊髓挫伤及脊髓断裂;SWI的出血灶阳性检出率优于常规MRI(P<0.05)。结论:在诊断出血性脊髓损伤的病变中磁敏感加权成像较常规MRI更加敏感,SWI在出血性脊髓损伤诊断上具有重要意义。%Objective:To study the value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) and conventional magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) in the diagnosis of spinal cord injury.Methods:30 patients with spinal cord injury were selected.The patients were all given susceptibility weighted imaging and conventional magnetic resonance imaging examination.The diagnosis situations of two kinds of imaging methods for spinal cord injury were observed.The positive detection rates of hemorrhage lesion in two methods were compared.Results:Spinal cord injury was mainly divided into the spinal cord hemorrhage,spinal cord edema,spinal cord compression,spinal cord injury and spinal fracture.The positive detection rate of hemorrhage lesion of SWI was better than that of conventional MRI(P<0.05).Conclusion:Susceptibility weighted imaging is more than MRI in the diagnosis of hemorrhagic spinal cord injury lesions.SWI has an important significance in the diagnosis of hemorrhagic spinal cord injury.
