外伤性肝破裂诊治体会

摘要

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of liver traumatic rupture.Methods:55 patients with liver traumatic rupture were selected,and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:50 cases were cured,and the cure rate was 90.91%;5 cases died,and the mortality rate was 9.09%;complications occurred in 7 patients.Conclusion:For patients with liver traumatic rupture,prompt diagnosis was essential.We can make a correct assessment of the patient's condition,choose the best treatment according to the actual situation of the patient,so as to effectively reduce the incidence of complications and mortality.%目的：探讨外伤性肝破裂的诊断及治疗。方法：收治外伤性肝破裂患者55例，回顾性分析其临床资料。结果：50例痊愈，治愈率90.91%，5例死亡，死亡率9.09%，7例患者发生并发症。结论：对于外伤性肝破裂患者，及时诊断至关重要，可以对患者的病情进行正确评估，根据患者的实际情况选择最佳的治疗方式，从而有效降低并发症发生率及死亡率。
