抗氧自由基治疗对减少癫痫样放电及癫痫发作频数的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of free radical therapy on reducing the frequency of epileptic discharges and seizures. Methods:120 patients with epilepsy were selected.They were divided into the treatment group and the conventional group with 60 cases in each group.The conventional group were treated with antiepileptic therapy.The treatment group were treated with anti oxygen free radical therapy on the basis of the conventional group.Results:The total effective rate and the number of epileptic discharges of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions of the conventional group was significantly higher than that of the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anti oxygen free radicals in the treatment of patients with epilepsy and epileptic discharges can improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the survival and quality of life of patients.%目的：探讨自由基治疗对于减少癫痫样放电与发作频数影响。方法：收治癫痫患者120例，分为治疗组与常规组各60例，常规组使用抗癫痫治疗，治疗组在常规组治疗基础上行抗氧自由基治疗。结果：治疗组治疗总有效率、癫痫样的放电次数明显比常规组低(P＜0.05)；常规组不良反应发生率明显比治疗组高(P＜0.05)。结论：在癫痫发作与癫痫样的放电患者治疗中应用抗氧自由基进行治疗，可以提高患者临床治疗效果，改善患者生存以及生活质量。
