苦木注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染临床观察

摘要

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of atomizing inhalation of Ku Mu injection in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:65 cases of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was given conventional treatment. The treatment group was given atomizing inhalation of Ku Mu injection on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the clinical symptoms disappeared time was significantly shorter than the control group,and the total effective rate of 93.94% was significantly higher than 81.25% of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical effect of atomizing inhalation of Ku Mu injection in the treatment of children with acute upper respiratory tract infection was significant.%目的：探讨苦木注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法：收治急性上呼吸道感染患儿65例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组行常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用苦木注射液雾化吸入，比较两组治疗效果。结果：在治疗组，临床症状消失时间明显短于对照组，总有效率93.94%，明显高于对照组的81.25%(P＜0.05)。结论：苦木注射液雾化吸入治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果显著。
