针刺配合麦粒灸治疗颈椎病颈痛患者的疗效分析

摘要

目的：探讨针刺配合麦粒灸治疗颈椎病颈痛患者的疗效。方法：收治颈椎病颈痛患者115例，分为对照组和观察组，对照组采用针刺治疗，观察组采用针刺配合麦粒灸治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，观察组NPQ、MPQ评分、生理机能、躯体疼痛、社会职能及精神健康等各项评分均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：针刺配合麦粒灸治疗颈椎病颈痛患者的疗效显著。%Objective:To explore the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Mai Li Jiu in the treatment of cervical spondylosis patients with neck pain.Methods:115 cervical spondylosis patients with neck pain were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with acupuncture.The observation group was treated by acupuncture combined with Mai Li Jiu.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,in the observation group,NPQ,MPQ score,physiological function,physical pain,social function and mental health scores were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of acupuncture combined with Mai Li Jiu in the treatment of cervical spondylosis patients with neck pain was significant.
