综合干预对糖尿病临床治疗效果的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive intervention on clinical treatment of diabetes.Methods:150 patients with diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group with 75 cases in each. The intervention group was given comprehensive intervention.The control group was given conventional treatment.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the average values of fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 hours blood glucose of the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment recovery rate of the intervention group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the patients were more satisfied.Conclusion:Comprehensive intervention can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of diabetes.%目的：探讨综合干预对糖尿病患者临床治疗效果的影响。方法：收治糖尿病患者150例，随机分为干预组与对照组各75例，干预组采用综合干预治疗，对照组采用常规治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：治疗后，干预组空腹血糖平均值、餐后2 h 血糖平均值明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。干预组的治疗恢复率明显优于对照组，患者更加满意。结论：综合干预治疗能明显提高糖尿病临床治疗效果。
