应用中药内服、外敷及保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨中药内服、外敷及保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。方法：72例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为两组，各36例，观察组采用纯中药内服、热敷及保留灌肠治疗，对照组采用纯西药治疗。观察两组疗效。结果：观察组第1、2、3疗程治愈率分别为63.9%、69.4%、88.9%，对照组治愈率分别为33.3%、44.4%、50.0%。观察组疗效优于对照组。结论：中医药治疗慢性盆腔炎能明显缓解临床症状并部分治愈。%Objective:To explore the curative effect of internal and external traditional Chinese medicine,retention enema in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods:72 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each.The observation group was given internal and external traditional Chinese medicine,retention enema treatment.The control group was given medicine treatment.The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results:The cure rates of the observation group in 1,2,3 treatment course were 52.7%,69.4%,88.8%;the cure rates of the control group were 33.3%, 44.4%,50.0%.The observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation can significantly ease the clinical symptoms and partially cured.
