胸腺肽联合复方补骨脂酊治疗白癜风的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：分析胸腺肽联合复方补骨脂酊治疗白癜风患者的临床效果。方法：收治白癜风患者64例，随机分为对照组和研究组各32例。对照组给予复方补骨脂常规治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上，给予胸腺肽肠溶片治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果以及不适症状。结果：研究组的治疗效果明显优于对照组，不良反应率差异无统计学意义。结论：胸腺肽联合复方补骨脂酊治疗白癜风疗效显著，无特殊的不良反应。%Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of thymosin combined with compound buguzhi tincture in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:64 patients with vitiligo were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 32 cases in each.The control group was given compound buguzhi tincture routine treatment.The study group was given thymosin enteric coated tablet treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects and discomfort symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group.There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate.Conclusion:Thymosin combined with compound buguzhi tincture in the treatment of vitiligo have a significant effect,and no special adverse reactions.
