绝经后阴道出血妇科超声诊断分析

摘要

目的：探讨超声诊断绝经后妇女出现阴道出血的价值。方法：收治绝经后阴道出血患者98例，对其进行妇科超声检测，再与患者病理检查结果进行对比分析。结果：妇科超声诊断结果与病理诊断结果符合率95.9%。结论：对于绝经后仍然阴道出血的患者进行妇科超声检查，能够对患者疾病的诊断提供一个有效的参考依据，进而能够为患者妇科疾病的临床治疗减少很多不必要的时间。%Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasonic diagnosis on postmenopausal women with vaginal bleeding.Methods:98 patients with postmenopausal vaginal bleeding were selected.They were treated with ultrasound examination,and then we compared the result with the pathological examination.Results:The coincidence rate between ultrasound diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis was 95.9%.Conclusion:Giving gynecological Doppler ultrasound examination for patients with postmenopausal who still vaginal bleeding can provide an effective reference for diagnosis of the disease,and it can reduce a lot of unnecessary time for clinical treatment on patients with gynecological diseases.
