中医治疗心血管疾病合并糖尿病的临床观察

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular disease complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods:84 patients with cardiovascular disease complicated with diabetes mellitus were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases in each.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the effective rate of treatment of 95.12% was significantly higher than 78.04% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular disease complicated with diabetes mellitus was significant.%目的：探讨中医辨证治疗心血管疾病合并糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：收治心血管疾病合并糖尿病患者84例，随机分为观察组和对照组各42例，对照组采用常规治疗，观察组采用中医辨证治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗有效率95.12%，明显高于对照组的78.04%(P＜0.05)。结论：中医辨证治疗心血管疾病合并糖尿病的临床疗效显著。
