双联抗血小板治疗急性非心源性短暂性脑缺血发作的临床观察

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of dual antiplatelet therapy on acute non cardiac transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods:60 patients with acute non cardiac TIA were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.All patients were under the control of blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipids and other risk factors,and took oral administration of aspirin enteric-coated tablets.The observation group was given clopidogrel treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:The attack time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group after treatment.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7% which was higher than that of the control group of 66.7%,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dual antiplatelet therapy is effective in acute non cardiac transient ischemic attack.%目的：探讨双联抗血小板治疗急性非心源性短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)的临床疗效。方法：收治急性非心源性TIA患者60例，随机平分成两组，均控制血压、血糖、血脂等危险因素，口服阿司匹林肠溶片，观察组在对照组的基础上给予氯吡格雷治疗。结果：治疗后观察组发作时间明显短于对照组；经过治疗，观察组总有效率96.7%，高于对照组的66.7%，两组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：双联抗血小板治疗急性非心源性TIA疗效显著。
