高频彩色多普勒超声诊断亚急性甲状腺炎的体会

摘要

Objective:To investigate the sonographic characteristics of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of subacute thyroiditis.Methods:The features of testicular seminoma in 2D and color Doppler ultrasonography.Clinical manifestations and laboratory examination were retrospectively analyzed in 43 patients with subacute thyroiditis.Results:All patients were found to have low echo lesions in the thyroid gland by ultrasound examination.Of which,30 cases of unilateral lobe lesion,bilateral lobe lesions in 11 cases,2 cases with isthmic lesions.Conclusion:High frequency color Doppler ultrasound has important value in the diagnosis of subacute thyroiditis.%目的：探讨高频彩色多普勒超声检查亚急性甲状腺炎的声像图特征。方法：对亚急性甲状腺炎患者43例的二维及彩色多普勒声像图特征、临床表现及实验室检查进行回顾性分析。结果：超声检查均可发现甲状腺内有低回声病灶，其中单侧叶病灶30例，双侧叶病灶11例，狭部病灶2例。结论：高频彩色多普勒超声对亚急性甲状腺炎具有重要的诊断价值。
